The David Smith School of Irish Dancing was established in July 2008, by David Smith T.C.R.G, a fully qualified teacher with An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha -- one of the main governing bodies of Irish dance.

Classes are available for boys and girls age 3 years and upwards in
locations around the Glasgow and South Lanarkshire area.

The goal of the David Smith School of Irish Dancing is to teach Irish Dance
to the best of a child’s ability and make it an enjoyable and memorable experience for all involved.

Our dancers have been succesfull at all major competitions including the World, All Ireland, British National and Great Britain Championships. We also have a large class of beginner, primary and intermediate dancers who are showing great potential for the future of the school.

Classes are offered to dancers of all ages and abilities and students of the David Smith School will be trained to compete at all major events in the Irish Dancing calendar.
